Toronto skyline with autumn maple trees, October 2026 condo guide updates

Fall is here, and so is the biggest refresh in this site’s history. This October we rebuilt 108 of our most-read Toronto condo guides: building pages, neighbourhood hubs, and buyer and investor playbooks. Every guide has updated 2026/2027 information, cleaner layouts, fixed links, and clear notes on what is (and isn’t) still available. Think of this post as your map to all of it.

What Changed in October 2026

Toronto’s condo market has shifted a lot since many of these pages were first written. Some listings sold years ago, some buildings have changed management or amenities, and plenty of old links had broken. So we went through the pages people actually read, ranked by real visitor traffic, and fixed what mattered most:

  • Fresh building facts: addresses, developers, amenities and neighbourhood context, rewritten for today’s buyers.
  • Honest availability notes: where a featured unit has sold, the page now says so and shows you how to find similar suites in the same building today.
  • Repaired links: hundreds of outdated links now point to the current guide for that building or area.
  • Easier reading: clearer headings, image descriptions, and quick ways to contact Yossi for off-market and VIP options.
