    The building faces East onto Downsview Park, and in other direction there are mainly low-level residential homes. That means great views for many units, some which will remain.

    Transportation is available via the Downsview Park GO station, Downsviews TTC (Subway) and local bus routes. Keele and Sheppard, the nearest main intersection is about 750m away (10min walk).
