Playground Condos is part of a multi-tower project by CityzenÂ Developments and Fernbrook Homes, known for Pier 27 and Brookdale on Avenue Road. Playground Condos is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and is located in the neighbourhood of Liberty Village. The development contains 3 residential buildings on a 7.6-acreÂ site. More than half of the site (3.9 acres) will be conveyed to the City as parkland, designed by landscape architect Claude Cormier,

Playground Condos stands at 49 storeys and contains approximately 423 units. Some of the units feature custom designer kitchens, 9-foot ceilings and large wrap-around balconies. The building will include a selection of townhomes as well.
