Footer rebuilt — 3-column layout

The site footer was rebuilt as a full-width three-column footer:

Brand column — logo, site description, then Yossi’s profile photo with a professional blurb on the advantages of working with him.

Features column — Book a free 15-min call (now linking to the TidyCal booking page), sign up for updates & listings, Search, Market Reports, Most Expensive, Penthouses.

Profile column — My Profile, Dashboard (new page), Vacation Properties (Naumi), plus the network links: TorontoCondosForSale.com, Playa Lagarto Real Estate, Joseph Nosara Realty Group, Nosara Realty Group, Nosara Hill and Nosara Homes.

The footer keeps the legal strip (name, role, RECO #, Privacy, Terms, Contact) below the columns.

Dashboard launched — login gate + investor profile

New Dashboard page at /dashboard/ — a members area with a sign-in card (Log in / Create an account) that uses the site’s standard WordPress login and registration.

Once logged in, visitors complete a short investor profile form that captures: full name, email, mobile, interest (Toronto resale / preconstruction / Costa Rica / vacation / selling), budget range, timeline, investor type and notes — submissions land directly in the CRM.

WordPress user registration was enabled so new visitors can create an account (default Subscriber role).

The dashboard also promotes the member perks: saved searches, shortlists, market reports and early access to preconstruction launches.

Yonge & Eglinton condo page launched

New neighbourhood page published with 30 buildings in the Yonge & Eglinton core (8 selling now, 6 planning, 15 resale, 1 cancelled) — the third page in the Toronto condo-neighbourhood SEO cluster.

Interactive map at zoom 16 with a new marker-clustering feature: buildings within ~70m merge into one numbered badge with a multi-building popup, so the dense intersection renders cleanly and every building stays clickable.

Includes a live “For Sale Right Now” section (12 current MLS listings, $450K–$1.1M) with Get Info buttons wired to the GHL lead form, full SEOPress metadata, and cross-links to the Yorkville and King West pages.

Live listings added to King West & Yorkville pages

Both existing condo pages now carry a live “For Sale Right Now” section with real MLS listings and Get Info buttons that open the GHL lead form.

King West: 6 in-polygon listings (27 Bathurst, 775 King, 505 Richmond, 1000 King, 39 Brant, 38 Joe Shuster Way). Yorkville: 11 listings replaced the older static table; the dedicated Yorkville live-listings link was kept.

Condo page refresh schedules & skill upgrade

Monthly refresh crons created for the King West (2nd of month, 9am) and Yonge & Eglinton (3rd of month, 9am) pages; Yorkville refreshes weekly (Mon + Thu, 9am).

The my-neighbourhood-condo-page skill now bakes in marker clustering, zoom-16 maps, the live-listings section, and the “{Area} Condos For Sale (N)” title format — every future neighbourhood page inherits them automatically.

Homepage rebuilt & published as the static front page

The homepage was rebuilt as a WordPress static page and set as the site’s front page (replacing the blog feed). It now features a full-bleed hero carousel (12 slides, auto-rotate, arrows & dots), tile sections for the 2027 investment picks, latest blog posts, Costa Rica properties and Playa Lagarto Real Estate news, plus an About Yossi section and a Contact section with the GHL lead form.

All “25 Toronto Real Estate Investments for 2027” links point to the dedicated landing page, which holds the full 25-pick package.

“25 Toronto Real Estate Investments for 2027” — enhanced

Added property thumbnails for the first 8 featured projects (Alias, Akra, Yonge City Square, No. 31, Allure, Celeste, 8 Temple and KING Toronto) so the post reads visually.

Inserted the GHL lead form inline between the “Get all 25 picks — free PDF” box and “The other 17 in the PDF” section, and repointed the dark CTA button to the same form.

SEO metadata & branded thumbnail

Set the SEOPress title, meta description, Open Graph and Twitter tags, target keywords and excerpt for the homepage.

Created a bright branded thumbnail (Toronto skyline, Costa Rica palms, Yossi’s portrait and contact line) and set it as the homepage featured image; the old dark thumbnail was removed.

Corrected the site name shown in social shares.

GHL lead form updated to the new version

The site’s GHL lead form was replaced with a new version. The iframe now loads from the updated form URL.

Updated on the homepage Contact section, the 25-picks blog post (inline form + CTA button) and everywhere else found by the audit below.

GHL form audit — Sep 20 onward

Scanned all 17 posts and pages modified on or after September 20, 2026 for GHL form usage.

Two pages were still pointing at the old form and were fixed: Toronto 25 Most Expensive Homes for Sale (1 iframe) and Harbourfront Waterfront Condos (2 CTA buttons).

Verified live: zero references to the old form remain on any page; every form-bearing page renders the new form.

Access & maintenance

WordPress application-password access was restored under a new credential after the previous one was rotated.

A WordPress plugin that was blocking API requests was deactivated, restoring automated site updates.

The old GHL form remains archived on the GHL side and is no longer referenced anywhere on the site.
