Top 5 Junction Condos
The Best Toronto Junction Condos
Toronto’s Junction is hot and new life is flowing into the area. Junction condos for sale are available, with several developments competing for investors attention.
As an investor, I know how confusing and complicated it can be to select a good investment. Which building to invest in? How to compare them? What is the intrinsic value offered? Where will I make the most profits? Which one(s) are risky?
Condo investors looking to purchase at The Junction already know that the area is rapidly developing and turning as we speak. The prices are lower than downtown’s, by a lot, yet rents are high. The Junction’s location is good, UP Train (to Pearson Airport), TTC and GO all available at Bloor West and Dundas. Shopping and city amenities are abound. It is time to research which building(s) we are most interested in, and zoom in on a unit that fits our needs. Remember that other investors like you are also doing the research, and actively buying… and you don’t want that unit you discovered to be bought by someone else!
The most successful investors are sharp, focused and decisive, so do just that. So go and get your condo research done, then give me a call, I’ll give you my insider perspective and help you select the best available unit to your specific needs. And now… The Junction’s Top 5 Condos:
#1 The Junction House
The Junction House at 2720 Dundas W makes a clear statement about good living: design takes front row, floorplans are good and amenities offer real life use for residents. The Junction House takes #1 on my list bc to me, it offers the best residential living experience for residents. It also offers investors high-value returns bc the design is so appealing, creating an instant waitlist for this building, and expectations of excellent returns for investors. You can now see why I believe this one will sell-out quickly.
The Junction House is a stunning creation, designed by Superkul Architects and developed by Globizen. Amenities at The Junction House include a fitness facility, open lobby w/ co-working space, and a common rooftop terrace. I love these features, and so will the residents. See what I mean about a waitlist?
The Junction House hosts only 144 condo units and rises 9 floors. That makes it even more precious and with good quality, and low supply, one can only expect high demand and prices rising accordingly. In short, an excellent product for your hard earned dollars.
Units range from 500 to over 1,500 sqft. Limited parking and lockers are available. Location is right at the heart of The Junction at Dundas & Annette. Very Good.

#2 Scout Condos
Scout Condos at 1791 St. Clair W by Graywood Developments (Ritz-Carlton Toronto, Wonder Condos, Parliament Street) is a beautiful example of tradition and modernity put into a residential building. Scout scores high on my list for these reasons:
⃠Prices are competitive
⃠Mid Size Condo with 320 Units
⃠Good Amenities
⃠Fantastic Location
I have written about Scout Condos in this post, and believe it is a viable Junction Real Estate investment. Scout is selling well, and for current availability, prices and plans, register here and I’ll send you all the info:

#3 386 Symington
386 Symington, at Symington between Dupont and Davenport is a new development by YYZed. 386 Symington is made of two towers and townhomes. I’ve written extensively about Toronto Townhomes and they are a great investment, bridging the space gap between condos and traditional homes. With the right price this project can be a goldmine, as the area has little vacancy and few new residential condos. High floor units will have great views as the are is mostly populated with homes (so you’ll be able to see above them). To register for 386 Symington, head over to the newsletter and sign up.

#4 The East Junction
The East Junction at 394 Symington (near 386 Symington) is a gorgeous and smart condo development created by Limen Dev. The East Junction hols 278 units and townhomes spreading over 16 stories. The proximity to the UP Train (direct to Pearson Airport) is appealing to many of my investors who are frequent travellers and require quick and easy access to Pearson Airport. The East Junction offers excellent amenities you can actually use, they include. Bicycle storage, Play Area, Yoga & Pilates Studio, a Pet wash area (!) and a fitness centre.

#5 Arch Lofts
Arch Lofts, located at 243 Perth Ave, Toronto (Perth at Wallace) is a beautiful church to loft conversion. The condo hosts just 39 large condo units, ranging in size from about 1,000 sq ft to over 2,000 sq ft. The conversion team spared no expense on features, finishes and upgrades. The result is stunning modern lofts at a historic renovated venue.
