Modern Condos @ 1181 Queen West
1181 Queen West is a new stunner Queen West boutique condo development by Scale Dev. The building features only 112 units in 8 floors. 1181 Queen W is located right Queen and Sudbury.
Quadrangle Architects designed the building’s architecture to follow the lines of the triangular lot it is sitting on, thus creating a gorgeous effect on the land. The result is simply stunning. Virtually every unit has good views, with South and West views completely open. Scroll below for drone pics of the views.
Many units have expansive terraces, with the rest having balconies. Retail is added to street level, and amenities are good and include a gym, party room and a 24/7 security/concierge.

Why Invest Here?
Queen West has been long known as “Toronto’s arts district”. From humble beginnings in the late 90’s and throughout the early 2000s, before the condo boom, artists have flocked to Queen West for supply of cheap rents, warehouse buildings (the old 48 Abell) and street parties at the car wash (where Bohemian Embassy stands now).
The condos came slowly, first 150/170 sudbury, then Bohemian Embassy (which took a while to complete), and then the flood gates have opened and the area transformed to what we see now, a bustling West End downtown neighbourhood.
The area now is a mix of young people, artists, old residents (mainly in the side streets), and everything in between. Trinity Bellwoods park is a quick walk away, the Lake and the trails are nearby, quality of living here is very good. Two supermarkets and many small retail stores serve the growing population.
31 Gladstone, a boutique building which we are selling, is just up the street – check it out here: https://urbanrealtytoronto.com/31-gladstone-brickhouse-condos/
Queen West is soon to reach saturation. As such, owning here now makes a lot of sense, bc the early investors enjoy appreciation for the longest time. The earlier you invest, the more appreciation (and rents) you may enjoy.
