It’s time to take a deep breath and jump into the cold water, head first. Reality is here to stay. Houses are simply too expensive and with strong dollar and stable economy, downtown condos averaged 10% increase each year for the past 7-8 years.
IMHO the best option is to buy a condo off plans. It’s cheaper and safe alternative to buying a re-sale condo that has no TARION warranty and does not utilize the latest in construction technology.
