Bond Condos – 290 Adelaide West
The Bond Condos is a residential tower by Lifetime Developments, builder of the Four Seasons Residences. The condo is designed by Core Architects, known for Fashion House Condos and 75 Portland. The Bond Condos is located at 290 Adelaide West and stands at 42 storeys. It is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2016.

PJ Condos – Adelaide West and John St
PJ Condos is a new development by Pinnacle International and is the second phase to its neighbour Pinnacle on Adelaide. It is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the design team who did Shangri La Toronto. PJ Condos is scheduled for completion in 2019 and will feature an outdoor pool on the 6th floor podium terrace.
