The Madison is a two-tower complex by Madison Homes (609 Avenue). This contemporary design complex will have a Loblaws grocery store built into the development at street level. The East and West towers connect on the 4th floor to share over 22,000 square feet of amenity space.

 

150 Redpath

150 Redpath is the twin building to 155 Redpath. The new development is built by Freed Developments and designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance. The suites at 150 Redpath feature excellent layouts by interior designer Johnson Chou. The development is expected to be completed in 2018.

 

101 Erskine

101 Erskine is a residential tower by Tridel and Beaux Properties. 101 Erskine is a LEED certified green building featuring energy efficient appliances and design. The development is expected to be completed in 2017.

Neon Condos – 58 Orchard View Blvd

Neon Condos is a residential tower by the Pemberton Group, known for building Bohemian Embassy Condos and U Condos. The modern structure has been designed by Graziani & Corazza Architects. The building is located 58 Orchard View Park Blvd, one block North of Eglinton. Some of the features include a rooftop terrace with exceptional views of the city.
