The Yards Condos at Garrison Point

The Yards Condos is an Onni Developments Project located at the corner of Bathurst and Lake Shore (Bruyeres Mews). The Yards is a 28-story residential condo development with a six story podium. The podium architecture makes homage to Toronto’s native factories that used to be in the area and the tower is a slick glass one with great views.

The Yards Condos delivers very good quality at reasonable price, and much less than competing developments around. The location is great, too, close enough to walk to downtown’s core and just a quick hop to any major highway. It’s also a five-minute walk from Toronto’s waterfront, CNE and CN Tower.

The community includes great elements: The Y Club is the project’s lounge and fitness centre. There is a rooftop garden on top of the podium, and a 5,000 sq. ft. retail space at street level servicing the local community.

The Garrison is named after the nearby Fort York, a historic fort rom the 1700’s that is home to art and music festivals in the summer. The tower provides great views of Lake Ontario and the entire downtown.

The features and finishes at The Yards Condos are very good and are on par with all nearby projects. Onni did a great job delivering a solid product. Onni is also responsible for nearby developments: The Local and The Garrison. Onni is also the developer of Westlake condos.
