This South facing furnished condo unit at Fashion House Lofts is bright and airy, overlooking King St. West, with views of the city and suntanning opportunities on the balcony.
The unit is super clean, and have all you need: a comfortable bed with a generous mattress, beddings, bedside table, couch, chair(s), dresser, kitchen with fridge, stove top, oven and a dishwasher. Stacked Laundry in the bathroom (2025). An over/toaster. Plates, utensils, etc.
Fashion House Lofts is known to be a friendly building, and many are young and working in the bar and entertainment industry. Some are entrepreneurs and many professionals with a spark of life 🙂
The rooftop pool is available during the season and is completely private. No outside access is allowed and each unit is limited to the number of guests that can be brought at any given time. This gives the pool a relaxed and communal feel. People bring their laptops and lunches up here, too.
The gym is on the 9th floor, overlooking the pool. It gets bright during the day, and it’s got the basics you need for a good workout at home.
24/7 security-concierge is on site, taking care of the door, packages or any emergencies.
And right outside your door – King West is at your service, go and enjoy it!
Available November 1st, 2026. $2,500/mo. + hydro.
