People often ask me, can we pay and go to the Fashion House Pool? or can we host a party there? The answer is, NO! You Cannot. Fashion House is a private residence. Only the current residents are allowed to use the amenities. Investors who own a unit but rent it out are not allowed to use the amenities either.
