Britt Condos is a new hotel conversion project at 955 Bay Street at Wellesley developed by award-winning builders Lanterra Developments  (Burano Condos, Toy Factory Lofts). For those who do not recognize the address, it will soon be the resting place of Toronto’s historical Sutton Place Hotel. The tower will be brought to new heights as the rejuvenation of this existing landmark commences and new floors and suites added, giving it a total of 41 storeys and 729 units.
With an international name in architecture and the portfolio to back it up, Page + Steele/IBI Group are engaged in the restoration of this valuable piece of Toronto history; and with a track-record like theirs, there is no doubt that they are best suited for the project.
