1 Bloor East Condos sparked a huge public interest and controversy, by having a week-long lineups of buyers, realtors and paid students, keeping their place in line for the opening. You also recall that prics went up sharply during the sale by about $200,000 on the first day of the sale, yet buyers kept signing contracts and the building is virtually sold out.
