Here’s my Toronto’s Top 10 Condos list, representing what I believe are some of the better condo investments, for value, appreciation, location, design, and re-sale ability.

As a result of our relationships with builders and developers, we’ve negotiated for our clients lower prices, improved terms, reduced and/or capped closing costs, and assignment clauses. And there is the list:

1. LTD Condos by Malibu - Brokers opening Feb 12th.
Great location, reasonable prices and proven track record. This one will be a hit with King West buyers.

2. CityPlace: West One, N1/N2, Neo - by Concord Adex.
CityPlace is Toronto’s only designed community, by far the best amenities, fastest internet connection, incredibly fast to turn over and excellent construction quality.
New units, assignments and re-sale available.
