Don’t Kill the Landlord: Toronto Condos Renting 3/3

September 27th, 2007 · No Comments

The supply of Toronto condos and lofts available for rent in the downtown core is limited, the prices are up, and the demand is high. Rents for bachelors or small one-bedrooms at approx $1300/mo., and for 1+den you’ll be asked for $1500 to $1800/mo.

This trend is not about to change anytime soon, as there is an equilibrium of supply and demand in the market, constant influx of people into the GTA keeps demand high, and monthly carrying costs of new condos dictate rental prices.
