bliss condos Bliss opened to the public March 3rd, 2007 with approx. 150 pre-sales out of 276 available units [54% sold]. These units sold to investors and Broker VIPs, who enjoyed vip pricings and first-selection, picking mostly lower-floor smaller units.

If you’re interested in investing in condos or purchasing one for yourself [to live in] and you’d like first picks register here to be advised of future investment opportunities.

Bliss , or Liberty Towers Phase 2 by Peter Clews of architectsAlliance and design firm mungeleung is a modern design mid-rise residential condominium at the south-east corner of the 45-acre land developed by the CanAlfa Group. Bliss is connected to Liberty Towers Phase 1, sharing the amenities of pool, roof deck, gym and security. The sales staff advised me that the two towers will be registered as two condo corporations, to allow for Phase 1 residents to move in faster, as it is already under construction and 95% sold.

The building is priced from $350 to $400/sqft and demo units are sharply finished and equipped, representing good value over king west which is now fetching in the $450 to $500/sqft and is getting busier with foot and car traffic and the swanky condos such as 550 wellington west, seventy5 portland and m5v condos.

We foresee overall prices increasing as Liberty Village adds more designer residences becoming the downtown-west designed/planned trendy neighborhood project featuring all-new residences and shopping, with main body of young professionals residing and working at the nearing media outlets and the downtown core.

Actual model pictures are from my cellphone camera, you’ll see Bliss on the right and Liberty Towers Phase 1 on the left. The middle 10-story belongs to Phase 2 and features smaller units on the lower floors and 2-story lofts upwards, and the North elevation hosts a row of town homes as a part of the project.Layouts are practical and standard finishes are at the top end of the scale.
