With two towers hosting 345 condo units right at the heart of artists community Queen Street West, this project made a stir in the media reporting of local neighboorhood resident artists unhappy with the project’s density and lack of public space made available to the community. Opening day saw club-like security guards at the gates (see picture) who pulled the door open to hundreds of visitors flocking to the controversial site.
