New Condos at Yonge and Eglinton
Today we have selected our top five new condos at Yonge and Eglinton for your curiosity. The neighbourhood of Yonge and Eglinton is undergoing a massive redevelopment. We believe these changes will bring economic growth to the area, as well as the city of Toronto.
As investors, we look at Yonge and Eglinton as a great area to purchase property. The addition of the Eglinton Light Rail Transit line will allow the neighbourhood to grow. We expect population density to increase in the area due to this infrastructure project. It is expected to be completed by 2020 and we believe will bring economic growth to business and Real Estate values.
