Canary District Condos is Toronto’s largest urban village, a superb community under development. YMCA recreational facility, George Brown College’s first ever student residence and over 200 units of affordable rental housing, public arts, sport, cultural facilities and the 18 acre Don River Park.
Canary District Condos is located on Front and Cherry Street and will include thousands of units including studio, 1-bed, 1-bed + den, 2-bed, 2-bed + den, 3-bed, townhouses…Also this impressive project will include social housing and retail spaces. Prices start from the mid $250,000. The project is LEED certified.
